I started my photography journey in elementary school. I saved money for disposable cameras and film processing every chance I got. Getting images back was like magic. This passion continued in college when I double majored in Black and White Film Photography and Audio Video Productions at the University of Alabama. I would spend hours hand developing my prints - forever in awe as the chemicals made my photos come to life.
I love capturing the essence of the person in front of my camera. I love making someone feel bold, brave and seen. Every single person and animal has a unique presence, and I am honored to do this work.
In my opinion, photographs are the most precious things we possess because they take us to an exact moment, feeling and memory. What is more magical than that?
